On a personal note, we run a 116 acre organic farm with three streams and beaver habitats. It includes the largest labyrinth in the country, 5 miles of hiking trails and a 12 site camping venue (Hipcamp). We are currently building a 20 acre solar array and planning with the Orange County Board of Supervisors a new Technical - Vocational institute to be located here.
